I have filled my neet ug 2020 application form with my father's name as Ram Kr Sahu which is the same as my class 10 marksheet but my aadhar card has my father's name as Ram Kumar Sahu will my neet form be rejected or will I face problem in examination centre

No you will not face any problem in examination centre, these much of changes in name are acceptable, but if you want to be super safe then take copy of your father's aadhar also ,I have experienced this in my exam , they said that these much interventions are acceptable
