According to the second round of seat allotment 2019, VIMS Pawapuri had a closing rank of 20820, and GMC Bettiah had a closing rank of 21582. So you have little chances of getting these colleges. Don't worry , i also faced same problem but after calling them 100times since yesterday i got connected to one of the KEA official now and they said be patient , they are rectifying the site and soon you will get Print application link from which you can download the final application form.
