ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 18th Nov, 2021

Hi

I am assuming you from general category.

It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available

------------) the category you are from etc

Anyway,

when we go through previous year trends

>>>>>> With   169959 rank

You have low chances for mbbs in government colleges

But yes,

You have good chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below :-

----------) B.L.D.E University, Bijapur

----------) MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai

----------) Institute of Medical Sciences and SUMH, Bhubaneswar

----------) Sri Siddhartha Medical College DU, T Begur

----------) BVDU Medical College and Hospital, Sangli

----------) Saveetha Medical College, Chennai

----------) Dr. DYP Edu. Soc. Deemed Uni., Kolhapur

my score in neet ug 2021 is 618 and rank is 12026. I am from general category(girl) and rajasthan state, please help me getting best college.

Hello,

NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General /EWS- 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Marks wise cut off is as following-

• General - 720-138

• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108

• Gen PwD - 137-122

• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.

Rajasthan often records highest cut-offs for Government Medical College.Hoi should try for All India Quota Counseling for medical colleges in states such as Punjab, Karnataka that have good GMCs and low cut off.

With marks you are scoring in the NEET 2021 examination, you can get seat in following colleges through government quota in Rajasthan -

• MG MC, Jaipur

• Geetanjali MC, Udaipur

You can get management quota seat in following GMCs -

Hi I got 170 marks in Neet Ug 2021 and 57 percentile with 6 lakh+ rank will I get admission for BHMS and BDS in Maharashtra

Aniqa zena 17th Nov, 2021
Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well. It will be difficult for you to get government or private seat for bds or bhms as your marks is quite low in accordance with your score in neet . Since you didn't mention your category therefore I consider you to be from general category.

Your must score atleast 250+ to get a good private college and 480+ to get government seat for bhms and about 550+ for getting government seat for bds in state. Since you didn't score near to the cutoff score therefore your chances are less to get government seat for bhms.

You can try for exam one more time or else you can go for any other course . Although the cutoff for colleges changes every year.

If you want to predict college then follow the given link:-

Hope you find this information beneficial for you.

sir ,I got 470 Marks in neet ug 2021.My category is general EWS.AM I eligible for the government mbbs seat in andhra pradesh state quota

Aniqa zena 17th Nov, 2021
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well. It is difficult for you to get government seat for mbbs in 470 marks in all India quota as well as in 85% state quota as well as in 15% all India quota.

For getting government mbbs seat you need to score around 580 in state quota and 620+ in all India quota for generalews category. This cutoff marks is in accordance with the last year cutoff.

Although getting government seat for bams depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, region, state, state rank, AIQ rank, etc.

For qualifying in NEET, students must have to score minimum of 50 percentile for UR and 40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC category. And to get admission in the Good Private Medical college you must score at least 350 marks in NEET UG.

my neet score is 568 and rank is 34,952 in neet ug 2021 Im from Maharashtra and have ews quota is there any chance Ill get government medical College ? since now ALL INDIA QUOTA counselling there wont be any seats returned to the state what can be the possible impact of this?

monstwerdash 27th Dec, 2021

Hello there ,

Hope you are doing well. Firstly I'll mention 2020's cutoff score and closing AIR through Maharashtra state quota counselling post the second round of counselling for an EWS category candidate. It was a score of 568 with a closing AIR of 37,187 for a female candidate and again a score of 568 but a closing AIR of 36,989 for a male candidate.

As per the new guideline of the Supreme court , there's going to be a little increment in the cutoff score of states like Maharashtra and West Bengal which were once used be considered as low cutoff states . Also because no new government in medical colleges will be opened in these states from this 2021-2022 session .

The above mentioned cutoffs were post the second round ,so you can expect that the last Candidate who take admission into a government medical college through the first round of state counselling ,his AIR is going to be somewhat the closing AIR for a government medical seat for that state in 2021 because not a lot of seats will be left to be filled in round 2 of counselling.Hardly any seat will remain .

To know the exact cut-offs and the outcome ,we have to wait for the Counselling to commence ,but for now what you can do is decrease the closing AIR by a rank of 3-4k in order to know the probable closing AIR for your category in your state this year because that's roughly the margin by which the closing AIRs increase in the second round of Counselling as compared to the first round . Also remember that this is just an estimation. So , if we go by the above estimate, you seem to be a bit in the borderline but still have a fairly more chances of getting a government medical seat . What I would suggest to you is that , properly go through all the rounds of your state quota counselling and do fill your preferences properly during the choice filling process . Until then you can only wait .

All the best !

Hope my answer helped.

my neet ug 2021 score is 385 Rank: 211566 is there any chance for BAMS at "Dr DY AYURVADIC COLLEGE, PUNE" ???

ijazumar16 16th Nov, 2021

Greetings Aspirant,

I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 385 marks in your neet examination. With the marks scored you could get a seat in Dr DY Patil Ayurvedic College, Pune, Maharashtra. Anyways you could also try for other government colleges as there are chances for you to get a government seat. BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery is basically an undergraduate degree programme that is designed to make students familiar with the concepts of Ayurveda and use them for the treatment of patients. BAMS incorporates Ayurveda with the concepts of modern medicines and students are taught a combination of both as part of the course curriculum. Ayurveda is one of the oldest systems of medicine and traces its roots to Vedic times.

These are few of the colleges you could apply for BAMS in Maharashtra.

1. Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Sion, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

2. RA Podar Ayurved Medical College, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

3. Government Ayurvedic medical college and Hospital, Nanded, Maharashtra.

4. Government Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

5. Government Ayurved College, Osamabad, Maharashtra.

can I get an admission in any government semi government or private college under government quota in GUJARAT if Im getting 285 score in neet UG 2021 and my AIR is 371820 and Im under sc categary

Kashish Saxena 15th Nov, 2021

Hello aspirant,

As per the previous year cutoffs trend, there is very less probability of you getting admission in any medical college in Gujarat under government quota in your category. Only you have chances to get admission in private dental colleges in Gujarat that also through under management quota.

Some private dental colleges in which you can get admission through management quota are as follows:

  • Narsinhbhai Patel Dental College, Visnagar
  • Shri K Jn Mehta TB Dental College, Bhavnagar
  • Goenka Research Institute of Dental Science, Gandhinagar

Also you can get admission in private medical colleges and deemed universities in your state as well as other states. For more college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool too:

Which State should I put in preference with 518 marks and 69677 rank in neet UG 2021 for Government mbbs College ??? I belongs to obc category and from UP!!

swagatabhowmick13 13th Nov, 2021
Dear candidate, I have searched both state counselling and all india counselling. With a rank of 69677 (obc) you do not stand a chance in government medical college in either of the cases. This data is strictly according to the previous years cutoff trend.
Additionally I can suggest a few private colleges:
  1. Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar
  2. Sri Ramachandra Med. College and Res. Inst., Chennai
  3. K.S Hegde Medical Academy, Mangaluru
  4. MM Inst. Med. and Research, Mullana
And a few more..

AVINASH KUMAR 13th Nov, 2021

Dear aspirant. Hope you are doing well. It is difficult to predict because cut change every year depends on various factors like.

  1. No of seat available.
  2. No of students apper in the exam.
  3. Difficulty level of exam.

With score 456 , it is difficult to get a seat in government medical college for mbbs. List of colleges you have chance to admission is listed below..

  • M.S.Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore
  • Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore
  • Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore .
