It is difficult to predict because cut-off changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
1. Number of seats available.
2. Difficulty level of the exam.
3. Number of students appeared in the exam.
4. Caste Category of the students.
For your NEET UG score it is difficult to get BDS seat in Dy Patil Dental College and Hospital, Pune does based on previous year's cut-offs i.e 376 for General Category Male Candidates.

No KEA, Bangalore has not yet released the merit list for NEET UG 2021 registered candidates for Karnataka state quota counselling and as of the latest update the application process has also been extended till December 22nd 2021 by 5 PM so after the application process gets over then we can expect the merit list to be released so we have to wait for some more days in order to get the merit list.
So it is recommended that you should keep regular check on the official website of KEA as given below :-

There are 2 counselling under which a seat is provided in a Medical College through Neet examination
- -------------) All India counselling by mcc /dghs :- it is conducted by DGHS on behalf of MCC. It is done for
******15% AIQ seats :- All the neet qualified students are eligible for 15% all India quota except for Jammu and Kashmir candidates as Jammu and Kashmir doesn't participate in all India counselling. If jammu and Kashmir students wants to participate in all india counselling then they will have to fill self declaration while filling the neet application formafter which they won't be eligible for Jammu and Kashmir state quota seats /counselling.
******100% Deemed Universities,
******Central Universities (Delhi University, AMU & BHU including Institutional/ DomicileQuota),
******100% ESIC, AFMC (only Registration Part) & I.P University (VMMC & SJHAND ABVIMS & RML & ESIC Dental, Delhi (15% AIQ + 85% Institutional Quota )

-----------) if you get a seat then you can report to the alloted college or can go for fee exit option if you don't want to get admission in the alloted college

-----------) If you get a seat then you need to report to the alloted college or you can choose not to report if you don't want to get admission in the alloted college but in this case you won't get your security money back .
-----------) Step 8: Reporting at the Medical / Dental Colleges /Institutions against round 2 (candidates once joined the allotted seat are not allowed to vacate the seat).

Yes you have chances of getting government bams colleges in UP. You can get a seat under 85% state quota seats. The minimum marks required to get a government seat is 350.
I'll give you some colleges-

As per your NEET UG marks and in OBC category that you have mentioned , you have less chances to get any Govt or private medical colleges in AP for MBBS degree. Based on last year cut off trends , 502 was the lowest marks approved by Viswabharathi Medical College and General Hospital, Kurnool .
