To be eligible for taking admission in the MBBS, BDS or BHMS you have to score 50 percentile marks that is around 360 marks, and to have government college for MBBS you must have 520+ score and to get a BDS or BHMS government college you must have marks range of 450-500.

So in 250 marks you can not get any government college instead you might not be eligible to take admission in the courses stated above.

The cut off for neet every year for different institutes varies, as it depends on a number of factors. It depends on the number of candidates applying, the highest marks obtained, number of candidates who have scored above the cut off marks required and so on.
