To be eligible for taking admission in the MBBS, BDS or BHMS you have to score 50 percentile marks that is around 360 marks, and to have government college for MBBS you must have 520+ score and to get a BDS or BHMS government college you must have marks range of 450-500.
So in 250 marks you can not get any government college instead you might not be eligible to take admission in the courses stated above.
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Karnataka according to your profile.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have good chances of getting government seat in some medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.

First of all I want to say you can't get any Government medical college at this UG rank. You can try in private College .But in 40 lakhs you may not be get any private medical college. Minimum 60 to 70 lakhs are needed.

You could try for alternate courses like BAMS or BVSC which could be easier for you to get a seat. You could also try for private dental colleges.
