Can I get the cutoff probability in maharashtra for neet ug 2021 ?

Bhavesh gupta 5th Nov, 2021

Hello aspirant

hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that it is not possible to predict the exact cut off for a particular year because every year cut off varies for a particular category  and varies a lot due to large variation in number of applicants , difficulty level of exam and seat matrix of the college . I would advise you to refer the following link:-

Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your futur

I got 6 lakh rank in neet UG 2021 my category is sc By any chance can i get mbbs seat?

Aniqa zena 5th Nov, 2021
Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well. It is difficult for you to get government seat for mbbs in 15% AIQ as well as in 85% state quota. But you can get private medical srat easily under management quota.

For qualifying in NEET, students must have toscore minimum of 50 percentile for UR and 40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC category.

And to get admission in the Good Private Medical college you must score at least 350 marks in NEET UG 2021.

If you want to predict college then follow the given link:-

Hope you find this information beneficial for you.

Good luck!

i am a neet ug student. i got 491 marks in neet ug 2021. may you give me the guidence regarding college selection. i am from general category.

piyush263001 5th Nov, 2021

Hello,

NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General /EWS- 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Marks wise cut off is as following -

• General - 720-138

• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108

• Gen PwD - 137-122

• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.

It would be very difficult for you to get Government Medical College with your marks, as according to previous year data last rank to get admission in Tamil Nadu Medical college was 2916 in Tagore Medical College and Hospital, Chennai. Though you can try getting admission in private colleges and other courses such as BDS and BAMS

I got 406 marks in neet ug 2021 and I am sc student from haryana. Can I get mbbs govt. college ?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 5th Nov, 2021

Hi

It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like

  • number of students that appeared in the neet examination,

  • kind of marks obtained by students  in neet ,

  • toughness level of the neet examination,

  • number of seats available etc.

But when we go through previous data then

>>>>> with 406 marks

You hold a low chance to get mbbs seat in Government Medical College .

For example,

in neet  2020, 495 marks for sc category was the lowest marks to get mbbs seat in  government medical college   under Haryana state quota and it was for Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-haryana

But yes

You have chances in following private mbbs colleges in Haryana:-

----------) Adesh Medical College and Hospital, Kurukshetra

----------) NC Medical College and Hospital, Panipat

----------) World College of Medical Sciences and Research, Jhajjar

----------) SGT Medical College Hospital and Research Institute, Gurgaon

And a few more

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing every year  due to   many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in   which you have to chances and

to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

im getting 536/720 in neet ug 2021 air 56351 . im from obc ncl category can I get any govt mbbs or bds college in UP state counselling or through aiq. please name the college if possible

Prateek kumar 5th Nov, 2021

Dear student,

Yes you can get the Government Medical College for BDS as it require around 450+ marks for that and you have nearly 80 marks above than that, and for MBBS you might also get a grab for the Government college seat as the marks required for that seat around 520 and you definitely qualify that criteria but with thin margin so have a blur chance.

You can know about the colleges you can get and detail about them by our college predictor, CLICK HERE .

i have scored 449 in neet ug 2021 with SC category in maharashtra domicile ... what are the chances of getting college ?

pdwords Student Expert 5th Nov, 2021

Hello,

If we go through last year cut-offs for SC Category through state quota, then in case of cut-offs for private medical colleges and that of GMCs are on a higher side comparatively to your marks, though you may have chances for BDS such as  441 marks secured seat in Government Dental College and Hospital, Medical College Campus Aurangabad belonging to SC Category,  moreover NEET 2021 paper was tough, and cut-offs are more likely to decrease this year,  you can go through our page at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra, however you must remember that cut-offs vary every year based on various factors such as

  • total number of candidates appearing for the exam
  • difficulty level of the paper
  • top NEET scores
  • reservation
  • seat matrix, etc..

To know more detailed information about admission possibilities in various medical colleges and its respective medical courses you may use our NEET College Predictor at https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp

Greetings Aspirant,

I hope you are doing well. I see that you are looking for private colleges with fees less than 10 lakhs per year. My AIR 138336 and I scored 445 in neet ug 2021. I attained neet ug exam as a unreserved general category. but actually Im a physically handicapped student. my home state is west bengal. can I get admission in West bengal state counseling through unreserved PWD category ?

monstwerdash 14th Dec, 2021

Hello there ,

Hope you are doing well. With a score of 445 ,you can easily get a government medical college through West Bengal State quota counselling given that you belong to general and physically handicapped category.

This year the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's or may increase marginally. In 2020,the cutoff score for UR and physically handicapped category was 134 with a closing AIR of 729976. The college allotted was Burdwan Medical College,Burdwan . So,on this basis you wil surely get a government medical college. Just wait for the state counselling to commence.

You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state  from the link given below :

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp

You can have a better idea of the expected cutoffs by viewing the past year cutoffs through the link below:
