i am scoring 480 marks in neet UG 2021..can i get a govt mbbs Or bds seat through AIQ Or state quota?? i am from general category. and belong to bihar

Aniqa zena 24th Sep, 2021
Hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing well. It is good score but it is difficult to get government seat for bds and mbbs in 480 marks in bihar. Last year cutoff for AIQ was 615+ and for state quota it was 600+ in bihar. So getting government seat for mbbs and bds you need to score around 560- 570 marks for bds and 580- 590 marks for mbbs this year to get the seat in bihar state.
I hope that this information will help you and have a bright future ahead.

i am from kerala . i have got 350 marks in neet ug 2021 . do i have any chance in getting admissions in any of the tamil nadu private medical colleges in management quota ?

Anurag Khanna 3rd Nov, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.

So on such marks you have very low or almost no chances to get any of the medical colleges under state quota of Tamil Nadu. But on such score you can go for some Deemed Institutions through AIQ counselling, so as per the previous years data you can go for following deemed institutions through AIQ counselling :-

Saveetha Medical College, Chennai:- 265 marks

Dr. DYP Edu. Soc. Deemed Uni., Kolhapur:- 262 marks

Vinayaka Missions Medical College and Hospital, Karaikal:- 257 marks

Krishna Institute of  Medical Sc., Karad:- 253 marks

BVDU Medical College and Hospital, Sangli:- 311 marks

JLN Medical College, Datta Meghe, Wardha:- 239 marks

Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and RI, Puducherry:- 231 marks

Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute, Kancheepuram:- 215 marks

Why class 10th result will require for NEET phase 2 registration? Is it first time they ask it ?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 25th Sep, 2021

Hi

They are asking for it because 10th certificate is important as a part of your academic details/record.

No, this is not the first time when NTA is asking for 10th certificate for neet application form.

Earlier 10th certificate was uploaded while filling the neet application itself but this year for Neet 2021  application registration was divided into two phases - Phase 1 and phase 2  and 10th certificate needs to be uploaded in the Phase 2.

NTA hasn't notified about 2nd phase/ part filling yet. The 2nd part/ phase needs to be filled before your neet Result or downloading of neet result/score card , NTA will notify separately later on about phase 2 filling.

You can keep an eye on the official website at

https://neet.nta.nic.in/webinfo/Page/Page?PageId=8&LangId=P

Once neet phase-2 registration starts, you can fill it following the below steps:-

-----------) First of visit the official website i. e neet.nta.nic.in

-----------) Then click on NEET phase -2 registration.

-----------) Now, log in using your log in credentials

-----------) Fill the details asked  , recheck everything.

-----------) Finally, click on the submit button.

Hello sir, I am a neet aspirant. My all India category wise rank in SC category is 6152 in neet ug 2021. Is this rank good for getting admission for government medical college in Maharashtra?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 2nd Nov, 2021

Hi

In NEET admission is on the basis of all India rank and not category rank

What is your all India rank?

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off  depends upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available etc

When we go through previous data then

In neet 2020, 102578 AIR was closing rank /cut off rank for SC category to get a seat in Government Medical College for MBBS under Maharashtra state quota and it was for Government Medical College Gondia

So, you have chances in government medical colleges for MBBS only if your AIR is around at least 102578 otherwise your chances are  low

You can check past year cut off at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in which you have chances and

to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at
