Divya kushwah 8th Oct, 2021

Hello aspirant,

I hope you are doing well and good. As you expecting 590 marks in NEET UG examination 2021. As you belong you obc category so you have good chance of getting admission in any government college but it only depends upon the cut-off marks of government colleges and universities. But as per the previous year cut-off you have chance of getting admission in. As you know cutoffs marks do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available.

Goodluck! And hope for the best.

Hey,

Based on previous year data, with 524 marks you may get a rank between 74929-82675. You can predict your rank using https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp

Now, it is important to know that ranks and cut off change every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the number of students qualifying and the number of seats available.

Last year in Manipur, the last OBC candidate who was in the selected list had 556 marks. So based on this, it might be difficult for you get a seat in Manipur. However, the cut off might change as mentioned above.

if any college of any course is alloted in 1st round of maharashtra state counselling in neet ug 2021 and i dont take admission in it.Is there any penalty?can i just leave it?is it compulsory to take admission?then can i go forward to 2nd round of mh state counselling?PLZ GUIDE ME!!

Pragya sarwaiya 6th Jan, 2022

Hi

If you get a seat in first round and don't want it then you can go for free exit.

Free exit means if you get a college and you don't report to the college then you can exit from the that round of counseling.

If you get a college allotted in second round you must take admission in allotted college or you will have to loose your security deposit.

Best of luck

Hello,

You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you do not have chances to qualify in NEET UG as per previous year cut off. The cut off for general category was 147-720 marks. You have to qualify in NEET UG in order to get admission in MBBS, BDS and Ayush courses. But to get seat in a Government or Private college you need to score above the cut off marks. Ideal score for general category candidates is 590 marks or above and for reserved categories it varies in between 490-550 marks or above. Even if the cut off decreases you do not have chances to get seat in Private or Medical college this year. You have to take a year off and prepare for NEET UG 2022 and score the above mentioned marks. cut off changes every year depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

can I get any BAMS or BHMS colleges with 370 score in neet UG 2021 under general category

rajeevanand843 14th Sep, 2021

Dear aspirant

As your profile suggest that you are from bihar. So I'll answer according to that.

In all india Ayush counselling you have almost no chance of getting BAMS ( last year cut off 528 marks) and BHMS ( cut off 505+ marks).

Now if we talk about bihar then there is only two BAMS government college one is in patna patna having 125 seats and another in begusarai 30 seats. So due to less number of seats. It's very difficult to get seat in general category at your expected marks. Same goes for BHMS course also.

Although you can try for BHMS course through state counselling. In that you may have little chance.

You may get good private BAMS/BHMS college in different state at your marks.

Use NEET UG college predictor tool to know your other admission possibilities for MBBS, BDS & Ayush courses.

218 marks in NEET ug 2021. Want to take admission in physiotherapy MUHS affiliated college.. can you suggest me colleges in Maharashtra?

ADRIKA mONDAL 23rd Dec, 2021

Hi,

The minimum qualifying cutoff marks for NEET would be

Category NEET 2021 cutoff NEET cut-off marks
General 50th percentile 720-138
SC/ST/OBC 40th percentile 137-108
General-PwD 45th percentile 137-122
SC/ST/OBC-PwD 40th percentile 121-108

With the marks of 218 , getting a government medical college is not possible .Rather you may try for private medical colleges. The private colleges may be

KIMS Karad - Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences

Sancheti Healthcare Academy, Pune

Terna Physiotherapy College, Nerul

MAEERs Physiotherapy College, Pune
