I scored 445 marks in neet ug 2021. What are the changes of getting mbbs goverment quota or state quota seat in any goverment or private colleage in gujarat?

Abhishek Roy 12th Sep, 2021

With 445/720 in NEET, assuming youre from General Category, you have somewhat low to moderate chances in securing a seat in some of the Government, State or Private Medical Colleges under Government Quota. However under Management Quota you have fair chances. Incase youre from some of the Categories, youll definitely have strong chances to secure a MBBS seat in some of the Good Medical Colleges.

I am a student of assam and I am getting 495 in NEET UG 2021 . I belong to unreserved category. Is there any chance that I can get to govt medical college?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 22nd Oct, 2021

Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then ,

>>>>> with 495 marks ,

you hold  a low chance for an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College

For example,

in neet  2020, 529 marks for general category was the lowest mark to get an mbbs seat in  Government Medical College,   under Assam  State quota and it was for Dighu Medical College, Diphu

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-assam

But yes,

You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their neet 2020 , 2nd round cut off :-

----------) Rural Medical College and PIMS, Loni:- 489 marks

----------) Amrita Institute of Medical Science, Kochi:- 479 marks

----------) SDU Medical College, Kolar:- 466 marks

----------) SBKS Med. Inst. and Res. Centre, Sumandeep  Vadodara:- 446 marks

----------) Yenepoya Manglaore:-436 marks

----------) Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar:- 426 marks

And a few more

To get the  complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling

Divya kushwah 22nd Oct, 2021
Hello aspirant,
I hope you are doing well and good.
As you mentioned un your question that you belongs to SC category and you're expecting 380 marks in NEET examination..
If you asking for all India Quota then sorry to say but you have no chances of getting admission in Government medical College for MBBS.
So you may try for State quota counselling there will be your great chances of getting seat in government medical College by the end of second round kf counselling.

You can predict your college by predicting tool given below -:
