Hii
There is a govt clinical College in Haryana whose cut off for state Quota was 506 which is way under 546 for the year 2018. However remember that there are chances that cut off vacillates yet I would dare say that you have a shot to get govt clinical College
Here is the connection. .

Also, there are such countless clinical universities in other express whose AIQ cut off for 2019 is under 546. Please I would demand you to go through both the locales and be all around educated. I would prefer not to see a meriting applicant not get a clinical seat since the person in question was less educated. You might have a reasonable opportunity to get MBBS seat through AIQ also at a score of 546

So according to the data, on such marks and category you have no chances of getting any government medical colleges in India under All India quota but you can get some Deemed universities through AIQ counselling and also you can get some medical colleges through Rajasthan state quota counselling according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
@AIQ
MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai:- 380 marks
B.L.D.E University, Bijapur:- 387 marks
Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar:- 426 marks
SBKS Med. Inst. and Res. Centre, Sumandeep Vadodara:- 446 marks

Geetanjali MC, Udaipur
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

Nothing fixed can be said until NEET 2021 results come out. Cut offs and ranks vary every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of the students and the number of seats available.
Keeping this in mind, based on previous year data with 500 marks you can get a rank between 92665-101137. You can also predict your rank using NEET Rank Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor
Since you are from outside Karnataka ( based on your profile ), you are eligible to get private quota seats in the colleges of Karnataka. Last year the cut off rank of non domicile students in St John Medical College Bangalore was 10800. So based on this, it is quite difficult for you get a seat in this college.
However you can get management quota seats in private colleges of Rajasthan and also in deemed universities. To get a list of colleges in which you can get a MBBS/BDS seat, you can use NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor
