Hello Aspirant,
See on such marks and category you have no chances of getting any of the GMCs in Maharashtra according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 539 for Government Medical College, Gondia under state quota for General category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your score should not be less than 570 out of 720 marks especially for Government medical colleges in Maharashtra.

Hi
Your profile suggest that your domicile state is Uttar Pradesh
It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available etc
When we go through previous data then
With 500 marks,
You hold a low chance in a Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2019, 573 marks for obc category was the cut off marks to get a seat in Govt. Medical College under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich
You can check the same at
