There is no restriction of choice filling in any counselling. You can fill up all the choice available during your state quota. On the basis of your marks/ranks you will be awarded the college. It's upto you how many college you want to fill your choices on the basis of marks you get. If you are getting good marks that you will get the college of your choice or city in your college then give limited choice so chances of getting that particular College increase or otherwise if you have to give so many choices you may get appointed any college. Also fill the choice in appropriate manner if you fill the low rank college as first choice then you might get so do wisely.

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore

2. Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate

There is no reduction of syallbus in NEET UG 2021. it will be same as last year although exam pattern for 2021 has been changed. This year you will getting total of 200 questions in which you will have to attempt 180. The questions in the NEET exam pattern is divided into two sections - Section A and B. Section A contains 35 questions while Section B will have 15 questions. Of these 15 questions in Section B, candidates need to answer 10 questions.

So on such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any of then government medical college in Telangana but yes you have good chances of getting some Private medical colleges in Telangana under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
