Hello,
Since your NTA score for JEE Mains Session 1, 2024 is 30, considering that the paper level was moderate then your percentile would be around 54.22-57.96. To be honest, it is not a good score and you won't be able to get into top colleges with this score.

Since it is not possible to get admission in any college based on this JEE score, then you could apply in private universities that take admissions without JEE scores.
You could also target universities which do not have a specific JEE Cutoff when taking B.Tech Admissions.
I suggest you could also give the JEE April 2024 second attempt. Prepare well and try your best, so that you are able to score well and get admission chances into top NITs.
Your overall rank will be in the range of 246441 - 277035.

Also a small suggestion to you that you should appear for the paper 2 and do it in a better way to get a good college through the counselling process. All The Best!
