according to previous year's cut-off and this year's expected cut-off you're having chances at many psu's like NTPC but the cut-off score will vary with different year.and also it depends upon your category and different psu's.to know  previous year cut-off of different psu's,

You need tobhave at least 80 percentile in your CAT to get admission in NSB along with a minimum of 50% (for general) aggregate in your graduation from any recognized college or university

Hi, 

Yes there a SC quota in NTPC school of business. You need 45% Marks or equivalent percentile in Bachelors for a SC Candidate. Also , The CUT off for SC in CAT exam should be more than 70.
