Dear aspirant hope you are doing well. Every college has thier own privacy and policy. Most of the college hostel / organization not allow the mobile phone but guidelines are not followed seriously. So it depends on the hotel and the management, that they allow mobile phone Or not.

Mobile phones are not allowed in hostels however it depends on the college or university , also in case if you are away from your house then phone is a necessity so it's better to read the guidelines of the college, either mail them and confirm it from the college. It's better to ask the concerned authority since in a lot of cases the phones are confiscated as well . It depends on your situation, guidelines from college.

First of all i want to clear that nobody get into xim-hr throught nmat score only. candidate admission is based on academic performance, ca-pi and including NMAT score. weightage of NMAT score is 70 percent only most of the student do not qualify for xim even if they score well in NMAT.

Your score is good enough to qualify for ca-pi stage.you need to maintain your score in this stage to get in final list.

Dear applicant with 89 percent marks in 10+2 you do have chances of admission into a good private college but in Government Colleges specially when your stream of choice is Physics. There are plenty good colleges in Odisha, but just because you chose to study B.Sc Physics Hons your chances remain low in government Institutes as their minimum marks criteria is more than 92% still do not loose hope and try your best, wait till the final list, in private colleges you have high chances to get Physics. But provided, you have good marks in individual Physics Subject

With the percentile of 59.53 in ICAR UG and belonging to the general category , the chances of getting a seat in the government college is almost nil. This is so because the cutoff for the general category students goes a quite high enough. You may rather try for private colleges which might be quite possible.
