My XAT score is 62 percentile and I am Odisha domicile , will I get a chance in XIMB ? 10th - 91.2 % 12th- 87.2 % graduation Btech 74%

piyush singh 18th Jan, 2022

Hello Aspirant ,

No with only 62 percentile in XAT entrance exam you will not be able to get XIMB for any course even if you have a good enough past academic records. The  cutoff for XIM usually ends around 90 percentile .You will not get any college which accepts XAT with only 62 percentile but you can try other entrance exams like CAT ,GMAT etc.

Is there going to be a problem if my address in NEET ug form is diiferent than NEET counselling registration(ODISHA) ? By mistake I filled wrong district in my permanent address in NEET ug form, I made a affidavite for it and also have my residence cert. Is it going to be ohk ? I am freaking out.

dishtiv 8th Dec, 2021
Hello aspirant!
Hope you are doing well.

After you fill Neet counseling registration form , there will be no problem at all because Neet registration form will not matter then.
But make sure that you fill correct credentials in Neet counseling registration form and recheck it.

At counseling: they will verify your filled adress with your identification proof like aadhar or pan card.

Some important documents for counseling of neet :

NEET Admit Card.

NEET Scorecard or Rank Letter.

Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)

Class 12 certificate and mark sheet.

  • ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)

  • Passport size photographs.

Provisional Allotment Letter

Further you can use NEET College Predictor tool to check your other
chances for MBBS, BDS & Ayush Courses.

I am from Odisha. Hindu religion. My caste is Chasa(odapadhan) which comes under OBC category. What caste in OBC category (1, 2a,2b,3a,3b) do i fall, if i made a new caste certificate in Karnataka?

Sohamsengupta8 15th Jan, 2022

Hello Student

As you belong to OBC category student with the sub caste of chasa in Odisha. If your cast is included in the state  list of the state of Karnataka then you will get the OBC certificate from the state of Karnataka. On the other hand your caste is listed in Central list then you may get OBC certificate from any of the states you you are residing at. But to get OBC certificate from any other state other than your birthplace then we have to you show your domicile certificate as per norms.

Hope this will help.

sir i have secured 2254 rank in ODISHA JEE (OJEE) can i get a chance to addmission in b pharma in IPT salepur ?

Piyush 1st Dec, 2021

Hello aspirant,

With your above mentioned rank, although it's quite impressive, but you might get the seat in b pharma in IPT salepur as it is one of the most prestigious colleges and thus it's rank cutoff is high and it keeps on varying every year . So , for you to get a seat there is possible but the chances are much thin.

However , you can definitely get some other good colleges too for bpharma with this impressive rank. So, you can try out on those colleges.

Also, for more information you can check the below article to get complete info about the exam and colleges :
