Dear although if you wish to pick only the important portions then one suggestion, give stress to Alcohols, Phenols and Haloalkanes over others. Only Wurtz Process is needed in Ether, under Biomolecules just give stress to protein structures, mutarotation etc. Honestly it would not take more than 3-4 days and you only need Hydrocarbon, Valency knowledge.

Course fee varies from private college to government college. In private the fee is higher. You can check the course fee visiting the website of the college you want to go in.
