What pension does a nurse get after retirement?

Tanya Gupta 7th Aug, 2022

Hey student,

We can see a few employers that still offers pension to the nurses if they stay with the company, we can say 5 to 10 years, but that amount is minimal unless you remain employed with the system for quite some years longer than the minimum to vest. Almost all employers of nurses offer retirement saving plan, generally 3-4% or less, but a few offers substantially more.

All the best student,

Hope this helps you.

while making ews certificate students father no more and mother housewife and income is only pension then its mandatory to make income certificate? can we attach pension document with it instead of income certificate?

Arhana Chakraborty 5th May, 2022

Nope! Getting an Income certificate will be required for the family. You can collect the document from the BDO/SDO and it don't take much of time. As your mother is a housewife and there is no income except the mention, then take the pension slip to the SDO and you will be issued the required certificate. For EWS certificate the Income certificate is important as you have to provide some proof in the Affidavit.

Wish you a great eve!

Im from Andhra Pradesh. I got 785 rank in Ecet exam. I have a doubt on fee reimbursement process. My mother is taking pension from Ap government of Rs-2250/- under widow quota. Is there any problem to get fee reimbursement. Am I eligible or not. Pls clarify this doubt..!

Sree Student Expert 13th Oct, 2021

Hello Dhana,

Don't worry you will get fees reimbursement if you are eligible for it. If your parents are working in Government sector only then you won't be eligible. No problem with the pension your mother is getting and it is totally different thing from fees reimbursement thing.

You can apply for fees reimbursement if you are eligible by providing all the necessary documents.

I hope this information was useful.

All The Best!!

kajal Choudhary 29th Sep, 2021

No candidate as per the government norms your total family income is below 8 LPA but your residential flat is above 1000sq ft, so you are not eligible as a EWS candidate. Also if the land is legally on your grandmother's name but still it will come under your total family residential area.
