According to me there is no councelling left for engineering but you can take direct admission to private college if there is vacant seat so you will definitely get seat there .

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada is a public university, in Kakinada Andhra Pradesh. Many courses are offered by this college. Placements for both the branches are good here. For the last few years, the average salary package is going around 3-4 LPA, whereas the highest package is reaching around 9 LPA, for the chemical and petroleum branch. All other facilities are good here. Overall, it is worth to join this college for both girls and boys.

No, an aspirant who had completed B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering branch isn't eligible for M. Tech in Petroleum Engineering. The eligibility criteria for M. Tech in petroleum engineering is the candidate should have completed the B. Tech in Chemical Engineering or B. Tech in petroleum engineering. Hence you have a tough chance to get eligible for M.
