Your rank is quite high in your category. 18000 rank in ews category means your general rank most probably 85000+. I mentioned you as a general category student because you didn't mention your category. So i assume that a general category student.

In NIT Srinagar the rank for cse department going upto 70000 as per last year. So have some chances for there. But if you didn't get CSE department then you can get the chemical engineering or biotechnology.

You will try for NIT Srinagar. Hope your seat is possible there.

According to previous year last round cutoffs of JoSSA there is no PWD seat in Computer Science branch in NIT Uttarakhand but you can get admission in Electronics and Communication branch as its cutoff rank is 1141 which is in your rank range as well as there is also a seat for PWD student in NIT ECE.

Now as far as you are concerned about admission to the top three NIT's , then in that case I am quite sure that you will get into any NIT and into any branch, no matter if the NIT is from your home state or away state.
