suchayitaanusaha 19th Nov, 2020

Hello,

Your rank is quite high in your category. 18000 rank in ews category means your general rank most probably 85000+. I mentioned you as a general category student because you didn't mention your category. So i assume that a general category student.

In NIT Srinagar the rank for cse department going upto 70000 as per last year. So have some chances for there. But if you didn't get CSE department then you can get the chemical engineering or biotechnology.

You will try for NIT Srinagar. Hope your seat is possible there.

is petroleum engineer can get jobs easily

rachanapbennur 2nd Oct, 2020

Hello Sai Kumar!

Unfortunately, i t is very difficult to get a job for a petroleum engineering graduate. Over the years there has been a downfall in the industry and due to pandemic the situation is no better currently. However, experts say that there might be a rise in demand in the coming years, but it is purely dependent on the demand and cost of oil and its extract products.
