According to your rank,you have good chances of getting CSE branch in NIT Jalandhar in middle or last rounds of councelling. So You should go till last rounds or special rounds of councelling you might get CSE in NIT Jalandhar.

Yes there are some good chances that you may get a seat at NIT Hamirpur. Based on previous year cutoffs the round 1 cutoff for PwD was 227 for Computer Science Engineering branch. Also the cutoffs for other branches were quite low so there are good chances. NIT 2020 cutoffs haven't been released yet because registration for JoSAA counselling has started on 6th October 2020. If you wish to take admission in NIT then you must register yourself for JoSAA counselling without any delay. You are supposed to paste the your post card size photograph on the proforma downloaded with admit card and submit it to the invigilator on the day of exam at your examination center. The post card size photograph must be the same which you have uploaded in the application form and it must be with white background. You need to have 4-6 same post card size photographs to use it at the time admission and counselling. On exam day you need only on pased on proforma.
