See income certificate can be issued on your name and for this you don't need any income proof because for this you can use an income proof of your parent's. Some relevant documents need to be submitted at your nearest Common Service Centre for Income Certificate on your name. Those documents are :-

According to last year's cutoff ranks, in au engineering college for the course computer science, as of last year , the closing rank was 760 , and for petrochemical engineering, it was 3999, for general category.
