Syed Ali 8th Jan, 2025

No, you should not give up. Yes, you can apply for the re-exam for Class 12th in 2025, as most educational boards, including CBSE and state boards, allow candidates to reappear for failed subjects through compartment exams or private candidature . Here's what you should do:

Steps to Apply for Re-Exam:

  1. Check Your Board's Rules:

    • Visit the official website of your educational board (CBSE, State Board, etc.).
    • Review the eligibility criteria and application process for re-examinations.
  2. Apply for Re-Exam as a Private Candidate:

    • Most boards allow failed students to register for the next academic year as private candidates.
    • The application forms for private candidates are usually released online. Fill them before the deadline.
  3. Prepare for Physics and Math:

    • Focus on the subjects you failed in. Consider joining a tuition center or taking help from online resources to strengthen your understanding.
  4. Exam Schedule:

    • Once registered, you will receive details about your exam schedule, center, and admit card.

Why You Shouldn't Give Up:

  • Second Chances Are Normal: Failing doesn’t mean the end; it’s a chance to learn and improve.
  • Future Opportunities: Completing Class 12 opens doors to various academic and career paths.

Additional Tips:

  • Take small, consistent steps to prepare for Physics and Math.
  • If you feel stressed, consider reaching out to a counselor for guidance and motivation.

You’ve got this—keep going!

Is the syllabus of bs mathematics or physics or chemistry same for all in first year of IISc bangalore? And how and in which year are the subjects selected? bs mathematics or physics or chemistry??

Prachi Kumari 5th Jan, 2025

Hello,

The first-year syllabus for BS Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at IISc Bangalore has some common core subjects, especially in mathematics and physics, to establish foundational knowledge. However, each stream has its unique courses as well.

Subject Selection in IISC Bangalore :

  • In the first year, students follow a common curriculum.
  • By the end of the first year, students choose their specialization (Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry) for the remaining years.
  • The exact timing and process for selecting the stream may vary but is usually decided after completing the first year.

Hope it helps !

Can I clear neet physics and chemistry if I prepare for wbjee phy and chem?

Prachi Kumari 4th Jan, 2025

Hello,

Yes, it is possible to clear NEET Physics and Chemistry if you prepare for WBJEE Physics and Chemistry, but there are a few points to consider:

  1. Similar syllabus : Both NEET and WBJEE share topics in Physics and Chemistry, though the focus may differ slightly.
  2. Depth of preparation : NEET requires a deeper understanding of concepts, especially in biology.
  3. Different exam pattern : NEET includes Biology, whereas WBJEE does not.
  4. Time management : Ensure you allocate enough time for Biology when preparing for NEET.
  5. Regular revision : Focus on regular revision of key concepts for both exams.

Hope it helps !

im studying in 1st year 1st semester eee branch physics cycle but my health is getting worst day by day bitm is near to my home i know that we can change college after 1st year but can i take transfer to bitm after 1st semester its is becoming difficult for me day by day

kumardurgesh1802 30th Dec, 2024

Hello student,

It is possible to transfer to another college after your first year, but the process depends on the specific rules and regulations of both your current college and the college you want to transfer to (BITM in your case). Here are some steps to help you:

Steps to Follow:

  1. Check Transfer Policy at BITM : Contact the administration at BITM to confirm if they allow transfers after the 1st semester. Some colleges may have specific deadlines or criteria for transfers, including eligibility based on your performance or vacant seats in the desired branch.

  2. Discuss with Your Current College : You should also speak with the administration or your department at your current college (EEE branch) to understand the procedure for transferring. Some colleges may require you to officially withdraw before transferring, while others may allow an internal transfer after approval.

  3. Eligibility and Requirements : Ensure that your academic performance (grades, attendance, etc.) meets the criteria for transferring. Also, make sure that BITM has a similar or equivalent program in the EEE branch, as they may have specific course structures.

  4. Health Considerations : If health is a major concern, you can also approach your college administration for a medical leave or exemption, which might provide temporary relief if the transfer process takes time.

  5. Prepare for the Transfer : Gather all necessary documents (marksheets, certificates, medical records, etc.) and follow the formal application process required by BITM.

  6. Consult Parents/Guardians : It's important to discuss your situation with your parents or guardians for support and guidance in making a decision regarding your health and college transfer.

Make sure you take care of your health first and approach both colleges for clear instructions and support.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

Prachi Kumari 29th Dec, 2024

Hello,

Eligibility for admission to Jadavpur University depends on various factors, including the specific course you’re applying for and its cut-off requirements. Generally, for undergraduate engineering courses, the following conditions apply:

  1. Minimum Marks : Jadavpur University often requires a minimum of 60% in aggregate in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for engineering.
  2. Cut-off Ranks : Admission is also based on WBJEE or JEE Mains ranks.
  3. Category Quota : As an OBC candidate, you may have some relaxation in cut-off ranks compared to general category candidates.
  4. Subject Eligibility : Ensure that you meet the subject-specific requirements for the course you wish to apply for.

i am a up domicile obc candidate and my marks is 61 in chemistry and 64 in physics and 59 in mathematics can i get admission in jadavpur university

Vanshika Agarwal 28th Dec, 2024

Assuming you wish to get into the B.Tech Program of Jadavpur University.

Unfortunately, with your marks of 61 in Chemistry, 64 in Physics, and 59 in Maths, it is less likely that you will be able to secure admission to Jadavpur University. The minimum cutoff for OBC candidates in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) for admission to Jadavpur University is typically much higher, often above 70 in each subject, a safe score would be 80 above in each subject though.

You can try to get admission through latent entry later in your second year for instance or you can try to go for other universities and colleges.

All the best!
