Dear Aspirant,
Since you are a non-European physiotherapist and want to work in the United Kingdom, you will initially have to apply for HCPC or Health and Care Professions Council. They will research your background and check your educational qualification and your history in academic. They will specifically look at your post-graduate degree. They would lastly ask you your experience as a physiotherapist and an international career in this would help you to have more chances to get selected and your experience as a physiotherapist will, therefore, matter the most at this step. After the interview, they will match it to the UK requirement and check if you are competent enough.
The criteria used to examine this is Standards of Proficiency which are 15 in number and are as follows:

You will also have to pay a scrutiny payment of 495 pounds!

Hello Risit,
Bachelor in Physiotherapy and Bachelor in Dentistry Surgery both are medical courses. But, with respect to income, BDS is higher than BPT. Also, there is demand for BDS. But being in BDS, you will have to have a clinic of your own whereas if you are a BPT graduate, you need not open your clinic but you can work in association with the hospitals and health centers.
Your final decision is based upon your likings. If you like studying about the facial and neck structure you can go for BDS. Else, you can choose BPT.
Good luck!

According to the members of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAPT), usage of ' Dr ' was more a matter of courtesy rather than adherence to law.
Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAPT) has released a bulletin regarding this, but after you register with IAPT and get a recognization with MCI you can use DR. as prefix
bpt stands for bachelor in physiotherapy, Physiotherapists professional is like Doctors so they can use the prefix Dr. prefix of their name. according to the notifications of The Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) it is valid. but you also need to register yourself with IAP after the completion of your bpt course. you may use MIAP after bpt degree.
You need to give the NEET EXAM to get into BPT that is physiotherapy course. You will need to score some 350+ to get into a good physiotherapy college. I'll talk about Mumbai, for renowned colleges like KEM, physiotherapy cutoff was around 406 marks in 2019. So accordingly you can set your target as per your own state.
Best wishes. Thank-you.
