Dear Manmeet, because Germany is an European country, you need to have language proficiency in German first. Then you need to appear for either IELTS or TOEFL depending on the Institution you wish to apply. Most Universities accept IELTS and so you can take up that exam. Every year approximately 7000 Students graduate in Physiotherapy from approximately 263 schools. Not necessarily all these are Graduation programmes. These are more like Diploma in Physiotherapy courses. This is a 3 year programme and Candidates are eligible for pursuing PG after Diploma course. The certificates issued are of 3 types:

1. Bescheinigung certificate- the school issues this certificate to allow the student to take the examination
2. Zeugnis or Abschlusszeugnis der Berufsfachschule; completion
   certificate of the Berufsfachschule - confirms that the student has passed the state examination
3. Urkunde from state (Staat), or county (Kreis) or from district (Bezirk)- allows graduates to practice the profession

All Students need to register and get a license to practise PT in Germany.

In case of training physiotherapist are not likely to introduced to the concept of using the Stethoscope but yet it is essentially a a important part while checking a patient or taking care of it there for yes of course being a physiotherapist physiotherapist can hold a stethoscope or used in at the time of looking for heart and lungs.

You will be glad to know that for pursuing diploma courses neet entrance exam is not at all mandatory.

Neet is compulsory for  courses like:- mbbs; bds; bams; bhms; etc. But , not for physiotherapy courses.

So, you can easily get admission in any good physiotherapy college through your 10+2 marks only.

Also, some top physiotherapy college even conducted their separate entrances exams to give admissions in physiotherapy courses like:- aiims;etc.

The duration for the course of diploma in Physiotherapy it is of 2 years.

Diploma in Physiotherapy (D.P.T.) is a professional course in medical nursing. The course can be pursued after successful completion of the 10+2 level of education in the Science stream from a recognized educational Board.
