Hello,If you want a frank answer, then here it is. Printing technology is not one of the branches of engineering with demand. The career oppurtunities are quite less compared to other branches. If you are interested in it with talent, then you absolutely find oppurtunities. The college is decent enough. The placements are not great though. If placement is your concern then you have to be outstanding in the field.Hope this helpsGood Luck!
Hello Raj Saha,
As you secured rank of 36622 in the wbjee it's good and also you have secure 2803 rank in the reservation category it's good
As per your query with your rank you can secure seat in the JU in printing technology and also in the chemical engineering
All the best
Hi Raj,
Jadavpur University is among the top 10 engineering institutions in the country currently and you need to have really good ranks in WBJEE to get admission there. With your rank, however the chances of admission to your desired course are on the less. According to last year's trends for the SC category, Chemical engineering closed at a rank of 12652 while Printing technology closed at 26171 in the last round of counselling for JU. These refer to the general ranks.
However, the cutoffs may vary this year and you could get admission. Meanwhile, you must start looking for options in other colleges in case you do not get a seat here.
All the best!
