Hello, College allotment depends on the cutoff of Colleges. As the previous cutoffs are very high, Getting MBBS College at 430 Marks must be very difficult. Expected cutoffs for Gen or OBC Category is 550+ for government college. But since you have an ex-servicemen quota you might get a seat in a government college although not the top ones.

Yes, you can pursue two degrees at the same time. According to the University Grants Council, you can do two undergraduate degrees at the same time. As announced in the National Education Policy-2020, the new guidelines of UGC allows students to pursue two courses at the same time, either in physical or online mode. If you are looking for BAMS then first of all you need to be qualified your neet exam 2022.

cut off marks usually don't go much high for private BAMS college, if you have scored 200-250 marks then you might get  private BAMS easily.
