i m getting 235 marks in neet 2022 can I get bams private college with ews category?

Krishna Rathod 23rd Jul, 2022

Hello there,

Hope you doing well

It is difficult to predict cut off for a particular college or a particular course since cut off for all the colleges and courses keeps on changing every year. According to previous year's cut off trends candidates required around 400+ in BAMS for government colleges. As you have mentioned above that you belong to EWS category there are some chances that you can get admission in Private Colleges. You can even try in subsequent round or mop up rounds. There are few private colleges you might get admission in for BAMS, check them out :

JSS Ayurveda Medical College, Mysore

Ashtang Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Pune

Sumatibhai Shah Ayurved Mahavidyalaya Malwadi, Pune

Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University college of  Ayurved, Pune

Himalaya Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Dehradun

Since you have not mentioned your Home state so considering it as Karnataka according to your profile. If wrong then kindly correct me in the comment section below.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.

So according to the data, on such marks and category you have good chances of getting private seat in some medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.

As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-

Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore

Akash Institute of Medical Science and Research Centre, Devanahalli

Al-Ameen Medical College, Bijapur

And some more......

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

MY jee main 2022 nta score is 76.94 and i am from sc should i wait for josaa counselling or not . If not then sugest me any good private college for cse .

Anurag Khanna 20th Jul, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

See on such percentile you can hardly get any seat in JOSAA counselling but you have some chances in last round of JOSAA or in CSAB especially in some of the GFTIs. So you should appear in counselling if you are ok with such GFTIs.

As per your percentile in JEE-Main 2022,

>>>>> your CRL rank is expected around 235904 - 265190 .

Now on such CRL rank you can have chances in following colleges for CSE branch based on your JEE-Main rank :-

Mizoram University

Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Sangrur

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University - East Delhi Campus

Uttar Pradesh Textile Technology Institute (UPTTI), Kanpur

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your JEE-Main rank/score you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Or

You can also check out our Engineering Counselling Subscription package in which you get B.Tech companion tool which will guide you in all your counselling and admission related issues and along with this you will be getting 3 one-to-one counselling sessions by our experts :-

https://dqxeclau.top/campaign/Engineering-Counseling-Subscription

Till now the official qualifying cut-offs have not been released and the qualifying cut-off percentiles are released along with final result of JEE-Main 2022 which will be released after both the sessions i.e. most probably in August '22.

But o n such percentile, being a SC candidate you have very good chances to qualify for JEE-Advance 2022 but still the cutoffs for this year have not released yet officially.

As the cut-offs are released along with the JEE-Main 2022 result so for now you can get an idea from JEE-Main 2021 qualifying cut-offs that are enlisted below :-

==>> Common Rank List (CRL) - 87.8992241-100.0000000 Percentile

==>> GEN-EWS - 66.2214845-87.8950071 Percentile

==>> Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 68.0234447-87.8950071 Percentile

==>> Scheduled Caste (SC) - 46.8825338-87.8950071 Percentile

==>> Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 34.6728999 87.8474721 Percentile

==>> PwD - 0.0096375-87.8273359 Percentile

Note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2022 but previous year's cut-off.

You can check out previous year's cut-off trends from the link given below :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff

I hope this information helps you.
