Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing absolutely great.
So with regard to your query, as per your expected marks scored in the NEET exam, your rank will be above 3 lakh and you might not get a seat in the All India Quota, however, there are chances for you to get admission into MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, Veterinary or any other private colleges and government colleges as well in the state quota, this will be basing upon your category, but it is not compulsory, you might get it basing upon the vacant seats.

If you are getting the good private college that has good scope and provide good placements then I would suggest to go for it and not take second year drop. But if it is not the case then you must take 2nd year drop, review your mistakes and prepare hard for next year examination to get good rant and admission in top college.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.

YES, you can get some Good private engineering colleges with the above mentioned percentile score in JEE mains 2022. You have difficult chances to get Government engineering Colleges like NIT, IIIT, or GFTi because, for OBC category, a percentile score greater than 92 is required for admission in these colleges in JEE mains. However, you can get some good Private Engineering colleges in Bhopal under this percentile.
