All the best
Yes absolutely.
Only requirement of colleges and universities is your CGPI/SGPI and other exam scores depending from college to college. It doesn't matter from which college you have done your graduation.
Most colleges will ask your graduation marksheet and certificate, grades of entrance exams if applicable and it depends on students as well.
my score 430 is there chance in private collge govt seat

It is very difficult to predict the precise and the exact cutoff for getting CSE branch through TS EAMCET. However, Looking at the previous year TS EAMCET Cutoff for CSE (Computer Science and Engineering), in order to get good colleges through TS EAMCET in CSE, you have to score a rank of within 5500.
Furthermore, please note that the above prediction is based on the previous year Cutoff which may vary for this year as the TS EAMCET cutoff keeps varying every year as it depends on various factors like : Difficulty level of the paper, previous year cutoff, number of aspirants appearing, etc.

Hello student!
For BSc courses, entrance exam may or may not be conducted depending on the university/ college policy. In case of no entrance exam, admission in the courses is done on the basis of merit determined through marks scored in 10+2 final examinations.
If your BSc is from a UGC approved private university you can get admission in any Govt university also. Usually minimum 50 % marks is required.
