Hello Aspirant,
It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances for any particular campus or branch because the cut-offs keep on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-
*** number of candidates appeared in WBJEE 2022
*** difficulty level of the paper
*** top score for WBJEE 2022
*** total number of seats available for admission and so on
However on the basis of previous year's cut-off you have good chances in :-
Swami Vivekananda University - COMPUTER SCIENCE & ENGINEERING
Sister Nivedita University, New Town - COMPUTER SCIENCE & ENGINEERING
Asansol Engineering College, Asansol, Burdwan - Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
Bankura Unnayani Institute of Engineering, Bankura - Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
And some more.....
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

Hi Jatin
It's possible to become a programmer without completing a B. Tech. In reality, a lot of programmers don't have a B. Tech degree; it's just an engineering degree where you learn about programming, but a lot of engineers can't code. Simply pursue your dreams. You shouldn't stress about having a degree. You should begin your programming education. You may learn to code by taking one of the many free online courses that are available.
Thanks
