According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from general category are required to score minimum 580+ for MBBS in government colleges. With the marks you have mentioned above it is difficult for you to get admission in government medical college. However you can still try in subsequent or mop up rounds. You should try to apply through state quota since you have mentioned that you have domicile for that particular state, that might increase chances of your admission. You can also apply in semi government or private colleges through government quota, there you might get admission easily. But fees will be much higher in private colleges than in government colleges.
