I am scoring 321 marks in neet 2021. My state rank for UTTAR PRADESH is 12980 and I belong to general category. What are chances of me getting any private college in UTTAR PRADESH?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 1st Feb, 2022

Hi

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off  depends upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available etc

When we go through previous data then

>>>>>>>>>>> With 321 marks,

You have chances in following private medical colleges under UP state counselling :-

  • KD Medical College Hospital and Research Center, Mathura:- 308 marks

  • Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Lucknow

  • National Capital Region Institute of Medical Sciences, Meerut

  • United Institute of Medical Sciences, Prayagraj

  • Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences, Gajraula

  • FH Medical College, Agra

  • Varun Arjun Medical College, Shahjahanpur

  • Career Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Lucknow

And a few more

For previous years cut off refer:-

can I approch mbbs private college directly for c category seat

Karishma Sawhney 23rd May, 2022

Hello aspirant,

C category term is used in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, for NRI candidates willing to take part in private colleges. The admission to these seats is only through Andhra Pradesh and Telangana NEET state counseling. You have to attempt the NEET UG exam for that. It is completely merit-based- which means you get allotted a seat based on your marks and rank. Hence, you cannot approach any college directly for admission and must register yourself at the official website to take part in the counseling process.

You can register yourself at this website after the announcement of admission of C category students- http://www.knruhs.telangana.gov.in/

Hope it helps!

Do i have to pay entire first year fees to the college i get allotted in first round of neet ug maharashtra counselling? if i opt for upgradation, will my fees get refunded? also i am choosing private college so do we have to pay the entire fees at once?

Pragya sarwaiya 22nd Jan, 2022

Hi

Yes, you have to pay first year fees when you report to college.

Meanwhile if you take admission in a college (be it private or government) and you opt for upgradation then the fees you have deposited in previous college will get transferred to your new alloted college.

Don't worry, You won't loose deposited fees

Best of luck
