i scored 262 in neet 2021 do i have a chance to get a private college in i India for mbbs at low price (approx 40 lac)? If yes, then please suggest me the names of colleges and the city name.

ayanmukherjee045 28th Dec, 2021

Dear aspirant,

As you have secured 262 marks in neet 2021 and considering you are a general category candidate it's absolutely not possible to get through neet and join the government colleges.

And in private colleges i don't think you would get in a budget of 40L . You can try out some of the colleges in west bengal. But in colleges like kiits, SRM ,manipal you won't get in 40L.

ijazumar16 16th Nov, 2021

Greetings Aspirant,

I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 219 marks in your neet examination. With the marks scored it is not possible for you to get a government seat for BAMS in Maharashtra. Anyways you could get a seat in private colleges through management. BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery is an undergraduate degree programme that is designed to make students familiar with the concepts of Ayurveda and use them for the treatment of patients. BAMS incorporates Ayurveda with the concepts of modern medicines and students are taught a combination of both as part of the course curriculum. Ayurveda is one of the oldest systems of medicine and traces its roots to Vedic times. The duration of the course is 5.5 years including 6 months of your internship.

These are few of the Ayurvedic colleges in Maharashtra where you could apply for BAMS.

1. Mahatma Gandhi Ayurved College Hospital and Research Centre, Wardha, Maharashtra.

2. Podar Ayurved Medical College, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

3. Sumatibhai Shah Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Malwadi, Pune, Maharashtra.

4. Dr DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

5. Dr GD Pol Foundation YMT Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

6. Yashwant Ayurvedic College, Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

my telangana state rank is 4887 from bcb category can i get a medical seat in private college

piyush263001 26th Dec, 2021

Hello,

NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General /EWS- 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Marks wise cut off is as following-

• General - 720-138

• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108

• Gen PwD - 137-122

• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.

It would have been helpful for us to help you with college details had you mentioned your All India Rank, marks you have scored in NEET examination and category. As seat allotment for colleges is done on the basis of All India Rank and marks.

can I get an admission in any government semi government or private college under government quota in GUJARAT if Im getting 285 score in neet UG 2021 and my AIR is 371820 and Im under sc categary

Kashish Saxena 15th Nov, 2021

Hello aspirant,

As per the previous year cutoffs trend, there is very less probability of you getting admission in any medical college in Gujarat under government quota in your category. Only you have chances to get admission in private dental colleges in Gujarat that also through under management quota.

Some private dental colleges in which you can get admission through management quota are as follows:

  • Narsinhbhai Patel Dental College, Visnagar
  • Shri K Jn Mehta TB Dental College, Bhavnagar
  • Goenka Research Institute of Dental Science, Gandhinagar

Also you can get admission in private medical colleges and deemed universities in your state as well as other states. For more college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool too:

How to get Admission in private college through government quota?? What is cutt off for these colleges?? (for obc-....UP)

Anurag Khanna 14th Nov, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

See in UP there is no government quota in Private medical colleges and the seats are allotted only through state quota counselling or if after completion of state quota counselling the seat remain vacant then the stray vacancy round is conducted by the institutions itself, so as you belongs to UP according to your profile so you can definitely take part in state quota counselling of UP and can get colleges as per your marks in NEET 2021. As far as the concern of cut-offs then the cut-offs for private medical colleges in UP are quite low it goes up to 160-170 marks.
