Your OBC rank is not very promising, but you can get seat in some of private colleges.
As every college have an additional 5% seats for economically weaker students who gets fee waiver seat.
Some colleges even gives fee waiver seat to ST/SC category students.
But for OBC candidate there is no fee waiver seat unless you have a low income certificate.

Since you're from UP I suppose you are at the domicile of UP. So, your chances of selection Vidyapeeth Jaipur seem less. But since it's a private college so you can give it a try in the counseling. However, it is difficult to predict whether you will get a seat or not as it depends upon a lot of factors in the counseling process like:
However, the fees structure varies every year. But talking about an estimate you can suppose around 15-16 Lacs including Hostel fees.

Cutoff changes each year due to some factors.
Your chances for bams private college based on your category are less. You must score more than 300 for private seats under state quota. But the cutoff varies so you can try for private and management quota seats.
