With your rank and category it is not possible to get any government college through JoSAA. But there are many other government colleges who take admission based on JEE rankings, you can definitely check them and apply accordingly. With the score of 200, it is impossible to get a MBBS seat even in private colleges. I would recommend you to study hard and attend this exam next year with full preparation.

There is very low number of medical College in Jharkhand state due to which cut off marks for Gen category candidate goes very high every year.
Neet2020 cut off marks for Gen category Through state quota counselling was 604 marks.
So at your expected marks you have almost no chance of getting govt college in Jharkhand.
You can try for only private medical colleges,Tata Manipal medical College for a seat.
For low private medical colleges fee's you may try in kerala and Karnataka state counselling for private medical colleges.
