Private Medical College
Hello student,
With a score of around 445 in the general category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the private medical colleges under the state quota as the closing score there was around 436 for a rank of around 95,000 in the general category, when comparing the results of the past years.
Yet, ranks and scores vary each year depending on state quotas, difficulty level of the question paper and so on. However, you can also predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the below mentioned link:

Hey,
I am answering the question thinking that you have the Telangana state domicile.
As per the last year cut off a minimum score of 430 or above may fetch you a government seat in any of the colleges of Telangana.
Few colleges I have mentioned below,
Apollo Inst of Medical Science
Bhaskar Medical College, Moinabad
Gandhi Medical College, Sikunderabad
Government Medical College, Mehboobnagar
and many more.

Hello JDatta
As you have not mentioned your category, you will be considered as general category candidate. With 405 neet score you have chances of getting Medical seat in following private colleges
KPC Medical College, Jadavpur
Shri Ram Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences and Sanaka hospitals, Durgapur
Haldia Institute of dental Sciences and research, Purba Medinipur
This was based on previous year's cut off. Cutoff changes every year and depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off etc.

Hello,
Hope you are doing good.
Coming to your question, I am sorry to say that there aren’t any private colleges in UP having a fee structure in the range that you are comfortable with. Private colleges are really expensive, and on average most of the colleges charge 11 lakhs per annum.
I suggest that you try for Government colleges or for BDS if you are interested in it. Also based on your score and the previous years cut off score it seems difficult to get into a Government college through the 85% state quota seats even with your Category quota.
But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available. So do try even in colleges where the cutoff is more, but around your score.

Good luck with your future
If you are going for management quota then you can get a seat with your marks. But make sure you are surely affordable for management quota seats as the fee will be ×3 higher when compared to normal fees. Even then, Management quota seats are filled through State Counseling only. Though you did not mention your category, 188 marks is very less. After all the rounds of counselling are over and you do not get a seat, then there is an option of direct admission. But as mentioned, the fees is very hefty. Or else drop a year prepare hard and give a try in next year. Take a step wisely. By the way here I'm adding a college predictor link which will help you to find Colleges based on your marks
