can I apply and get a seat in karnataka private medical college under govt. quota ,if I am from Rajasthan and getting 430 Marks in neet 2020 I am from general cstegory

Anurag Khanna 27th Sep, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly in which private college you will get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But if we go through previous years NEET cut-off trends in Karnataka then there are good chances for you to get seat in some of the private medical colleges but in Management quota, the reason being is last year the lowest cut-off marks was 409 for Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences under All India quota for General category.

You can check the previous years cut-offs through the link given below :-

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

If I get 365 Marks (BC Category) in NEET 2020, will I get MBBS Seat (Government Quota or Management) in Private Medical College in Tamil Nadu (I am Native to Tamil Nadu) ?

Kanith Sawkar 27th Sep, 2020

Hey aspirant,

Based on your marks, it may be difficult to get an MBBS seat in Tamil Nadu under government quota, for which cutoff was above 440 marks for your category.

However, you may be able to get admission for a management seat. Based on last year's cutoff, you may get a management seat at colleges like Sri Muthukumaram Medical College, which had a cutoff of 326 marks, Madha Medical College in Chennai had a cutoff of 335 marks for management seat last year. This is subject to change.

I am BC-D candidate expecting 473 marks in neet 2020 from Andhra Pradesh please tell me chances getting mbbs seat in govt or private medical college

Soumili Majumdar 27th Sep, 2020
Hello there,
With 473 marks, your All India Rank will be around 70000 to 83000 approximately. Since you are from the OBC category, you have fair chances of getting a seat in government medical college with this rank. You should apply for some state counseling. You can get some good private medical colleges with this rank.

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
