With your marks you will not get any private medical colleges through neet . If you would attempt another time then do your best . Don't even think about the private colleges as the minimum tuition fees is somewhere around 50–60 lakhs. You have less chances for AIQ & State quota seats also.

Talking about neet entrance exam. To seat for a counselling in any medical mbbs college you have to qualify the cutoff mark of that particular college. The qualifying mark of neet would only help you to give the opportunity to seat for the exam. Also the qualifying mark is much less than the actual cutoff of medical colleges for mbbs. With just qualifying mark you can take admission into other courses other than MBBS or for mbbs in any other private college.
