can I get private medical college if I score 200 at st category?

Afifa 15th Sep, 2020

Hello Aspirant ,

With your marks you will not get any private medical colleges through neet . If you would attempt another time then do your best  . Don't even think about the private colleges as the minimum tuition fees is somewhere around 50–60 lakhs. You have less chances for AIQ & State quota seats also.

Good luck !!

if anyone will score only qualifying marks in neet under reserved category..can he get a seat in private medical College jammu

Shreya Singh Student Expert 15th Sep, 2020

Hello student,

Talking about neet entrance exam. To seat for a counselling in any medical mbbs college you have to qualify the cutoff mark of that particular college. The qualifying mark of neet would only help you to give the opportunity to seat for the exam. Also the qualifying mark is much less than the actual cutoff of  medical colleges for mbbs. With just qualifying mark you can take admission into other courses other than MBBS or for mbbs in any other private college.

All the best!.

Shreya shrestha 15th Sep, 2020

Hello there, as per my information Madhya Pradesh government has launched Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana under which whole fees of government and private medical colleges will be paid by government.

Terms of Mukhyamantri Vidyarthi Yojana scheme are

  1. Applicants who taking the benefits of this scheme have to complete their higher education in the given time period
  2. Charges payable to students of government institutions will be payable in the account of the institution, while fees payable to students studying in private institutions will be payable in account to student
  3. In case of the student receiving support from any other plan of stale or central government , he/ she will get odd amount
  4. All the recipients of this scheme and their family can return the amount given under this scheme for other beneficiaries like them.
