Private Medical College
Dear Aspirant,
For every job you might have to search for it somewhere, however in the MBBS there is a Internship in the final year where you get to work in the real hospital and that serves as a good networking exercise and you might get a job offer there, or with your connections. After MBBS you do not have to worry about the Job if you have studied well.
Hope this helps. Thank you.

GoodLuck!
See it is little bit difficult to guide you with the exact name of colleges because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as number of candidates appearing in an examination, number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of paper and so on.
But although according to the marks you have mentioned in the question you have chances of getting into some Private colleges and Deemed Universities but having very less or almost chances of Government Medical Colleges. Note that this prediction is on the basis of previous year's cut-offs for 15% All India Quota seats in Kerala which you can check out from the link given below :-

To have a list of those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category and state you can use NEET College Predictor :-
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
