Hey! Hi Nagishetty.
Sorry to say but NO.
You won't get any NIT since NIT'S don't take lateral entry or direct second year B.Tech.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks.
Hi Muthu,
NIT Trichy is a premier engineering college. So, ideally, placement isn’t an issue at NITs but your scores in all the semesters matter at the time of placements as many recruiters like to offer jobs to the candidates with good grades/CGPA. As far as Production Engineering and its sync with MBA is concerned, it will work for you if you wish to learn the management aspect of the stream you study in graduation and to make a career in the same. Pursuing MBA will take you into the management of a particular field instead of engineering.

Hey! Hi.
YES. It is actually good. See, production engineeEnginot only gives you technical knowledge but also gives you financial and management knowledge. It is a sister or allied branch of Mechanical Engineering.
So YOU May definitely go for it.
Hope it helps you.
Production Engineering is one of the unique branch of engg & is highly demanded in foreign countries. This is the only branch which includes Engineering & Management both. The last year rank was approximately 5,000 in COEP for the same.
