Dear Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
As you Have OBC-NCL that is permissible to all of India so you belong to the OBC category and it is eligible for all Indian states. So you will be eligible for OBC quota to get medical college at Mumbai government college. But the Home state quota will not apply to you as you are a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
Hope it was Helpful.
All the Best.
Assuming you belong to the General category, the previous year’s cut off for government medical college in Goa was around 626 marks. So you have bery low chances of getting a government medical college through All India quota in Goa or even any other state.
However, you have good chances of getting the following private colleges and deemed colleges-
JSS Medical College, Mysore
School of Medical Sciences, Sharda University
MGM Medical College, Aurangabad
SBKS Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, Vadodra
Subharti Medical College, Meerut

Hello Aspirant,
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact admission chances for any of the college as the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can predict your admission chances based on previous years cut-off data.
See on such marks you have very low or almost no chances to get any of the dental colleges under state quota of Karnataka even after considering your OBC quota.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

Good Luck!!
Your profile is decent. Also, being a non- engineer and female from OBC category, your chances of getting into a top B School have only increased. IIMs and all other top colleges prefer candidates with diverse backgrounds to add academic diversity in their colleges. Since you’re a lawyer, you will definitely get an edge and the cutoffs for non engineer OBC female is lower. So just focus on scoring the best possible marks in CAT and you’re good to go!
