University college of Medical Sciences and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has 50% internal PG Quota for students who studied from the university in its affiliated colleges. JIPMER Puducherry, Aligarh Muslim University, Banaras Hindu University, Many Gujarat Universities, Armed Forces Medical College Pune also provides internal PG quota for its students.

These are some college and university which provides internal pg quota.

Till now none of west bengal medical College provide internal pg quota.

Though your rank is not bad for CSE , according to previous year cut off for general category the rank was in range 306747-1105374 for B.Tech in NIST Berhampur . For B.Tech in ECE the ranks were 516780-1102879 .

For VIT, the management quota fees for B.Tech CSE are around 18-20 lakhs . Other than this amount you will also have to pay the course fee of around INR 1.32 lakhs.

YES, You can get Direct admission in PICT Pune for Bachelor's program after completing Diploma course. The admission through Management quota generally cosst 4 times more fees than general. The admission is done on the basis of the marks scored in class 12th marks and the admission is done directly.
