The All India Quota Counseling does not have a sports quota reservation. However, there is a reservation for the same at some colleges in various states. So yes, you can apply for NEET under the sports quota, through the state quota. Candidates who wish to apply under the sports quota must possess a district or national level certificate in any sport.

You must present your sports certificate while attending counseling after achieving exam eligibility. You will be granted admission to any college under the sports quota based on the number of seats available in colleges.

As you mentioned that you are having the benefit of the state quota let me tell you that you would definitely get cse branch in this college. If your mother tongue is oriya then you would have more benefits as you can enter this college just by speaking and writing oriya.

You also have ex servicemen quota so you need not worry about the college . You will definitely get .

91 is a respectable percentile, however it is not enough to make into NIT Calicut, due to OBC and homestate quota, he may get some other lower branches like production engineering or something of that sort, getting CSE or electrical related branches is not going to be possible
