Hello aspirant,
If we look at the previous year's cut off for medical colleges offering management quota seats with fees under 10 lakhs per annum, the cut off ranges from 550-610 marks for a general category student.
With a score of 154, you only have chances of getting deemed medical colleges, which have a fee structure of around 20-25 lakh per annum. Here is a list of them with their previous year cut off and fees-
Aarupadi Veedu Medical College, Pondicherry- 111, 19.5 lakh per annum
Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Pondicherry-109, 22 lakh per annum
Meenakshi Medical College, Chennai- 113, 22.5 lakh per annum

Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it to be general. With 450 marks, you have very less chances of getting into a government medical college, even through the state quota.
However, you have good chances of getting into the following private and deemed medical colleges-
1. Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences- 397
2. Subharti Medical College- 405
3. Rama Medical College, Kanpur- 385
4. Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur- 357
5. BLDE University, Vijayapur- 357

Hello,
The cost will vary depending on the college. The annual cost for the Management Quota for the BAMS programme at Bharati Vidyapeeth in Pune, which is considered to be a university, is INR 4,00,000.
The cost of a management seat varies per college. While private institutions charge less in fees, public colleges charge more. What colleges you obtain also entirely depends on your grades.
Good Luck!!

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have almost no chances either for any of the government medical colleges or for govt. seat in any of the private colleges because they have closing cut-offs above 480 in 2020 but you have good chances of getting private seats in some private medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore
Dr Chandramma Dayananda Sagar Institute of Medical Education and Research, Hubli
Khaja Bandanawaz Institute of Medical Sciences, Gulbarga
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
