For taking admission in Bsc radiology in IGMC Shimla the candidate should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with the science i.e. medical group, chemistry, Biology and English with 50% marks for the General candidate and 40% in case of SC, ST, and OBC candidates.
Selection of candidates in B.Sc. is done on the basis of merit in qualifying examination.For B.Sc. and Para-Medical courses, candidate have to appear for Combined Entrance Test (CET).

Yes, you can do M.Sc Radiology after B.Sc in Physiology. Eligibility criteria includes that any general B.Sc graduates can apply for this course. Moreover, M.Sc Medical Radio Imaging Admissions are done on the basis of score in NEET and MET, followed by personal interviews. Some of the top colleges for this course are AIIMS, New Delhi, PGIMER, Chandigarh, JIPMER, Puducherry.
Fee structure varies from institute to institute. Government colleges charge INR 100000 to 150000 and private colleges charge INR 300000 to 400000.

Just after having done BSc Radiology, you aren't eligible to teach the courses in colleges. For that you need to acquire atleast a MSc and if possible a PhD in the subject, in order to be a teacher.
Now yeah! if you become a professor in any college, then obviously there will be interdisciplinary course profiles through which you will have to teach subjects like Ultrasonography.

Both are good course ,Its totaly depend upon your interest ,Radiology has lot of opportunity its also demanding field you can earn easily with decent amount ,but in bpt lot of competion in my opinion

Marks obtained in boards and points scored in Common entrance tests are two different things. Universities do a CET for intake of new students on merit. So if you have scored Below the university cutoff then you'll not be eligible for taking the course. Work hard to get in merit list.
