Ease of finding jobs and earning potential both are a bit better with being an RT(radiology technician) as compared to OTA. Clinics, hospitals, paediatrician offices all use RTs.

Other side to it is that RTs might have to work multiple shifts while OTAs rarely work on holidays and weekends in clinics.

You can get admission in lok Narayan Jai Prakash Hospital BSc course on the basis that you have completed your 10 + 2 you after 2011.
