Ease of finding jobs and earning potential both are a bit better with being an RT(radiology technician) as compared to OTA. Clinics, hospitals, paediatrician offices all use RTs.
Other side to it is that RTs might have to work multiple shifts while OTAs rarely work on holidays and weekends in clinics.

2- One should pass 10+2 examination.

You can get admission in lok Narayan Jai Prakash Hospital BSc course on the basis that you have completed your 10 + 2 you after 2011. Other than this you must have passed your 10 + 2 class level board examination from a recognised board in Delhi such as Central Board of Secondary Education. You must have secured at least 50% marks in the aggregate of 10 + 2 class level board examination.
