Dear Sampath ,
B.Sc in Cardiac Technology(basically cardiovascular technology) is a 3 year undergraduate course that is about study of heart disease and peripheral vascular conditions .
While , B.Sc radiology is a 3 year undergraduate course that is about to study of malfunction in different parts of bodies by scanning .
The scope for both of these courses are good as both of two are equally important in medical field . Radiology course is much wider than cardiac technology as in Radiology , you have to gain the knowledge of diagnosis of different internal parts of body.
Refer to these two links to know more about these courses :

Dear Student,
Yes, you can go for internship with the degree itself. Moreover, it majorly depends under which University or college are you enrolled in for Bsc.Radiology, the institute's curriculum is designed to fit in the internship most of the time. If it doesn't have any internship offered to you, then you may do it on your own stand. Plus, you have to enquire from the college itself too, so that your degree be wholly eligible with internship. Feel free to drop any such queries related to this or else. We are always ready to help you.
Hope this helped.
