Hey Uttam,
BSc Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology and B.Sc. in Radiology and Imaging Technology are both same. Both are three-and-a-half-year degree programme that teaches advanced medical imaging techniques such as MRI, CT, and XRAY. It entails the methods and processes for taking inside photographs of human body parts/organs, as well as their capacity, for therapeutic objectives such as investigating the body's normal anatomy and physiology.
Hope it helps.
Regards.
Dear candidate, it's good that you have interest in B.Sc Radiology and Imaging course. Now if you think of Vivekananda Global University, it is a moderate choice, placements assistance is not more than 60% and overall infrastructure is of medium grade.

Now Madhav University is a better choice, considering labs , placements may be low due to pandemic but expected to be better in future.

Hey Isha !
According to me it will be best to go with your study rather than a simple 10K job because your career is more important than your job your job might get change or lost but when your career is gonna be always with you because of your skills and experiences, you don't know whether you get better income or not but if you complete your studies and make your career better you may get better job with better income. But if you have some financial problem you can do internship or part-time jobs you might increase your experience which is very good and nice but you also need to build your career your career will provide you your favorable job with favorable income etc. So my opinion is it's better to do your study along with internship or a part-time job which is likely close to your career or your close to you interest.
I hope might be helpful for you,
