Armed Forces Medical College, Pune conducts B.sc entrance examination at the institution level. There are atleast 12 specialization offered under the paramedical courses and covered under this exam.
Candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria required for admission into the courses. Also, there is norm that candidates whose parents are ex servicemen or defense personnel's can only appear for this entrance examination. It is followed by interview and medical tests.

Radiology comes in the Course BPMT (Bachelor of Paramedical Technology). At AFMC, all paramedical courses are solely available to in-service candidates. Armed Forces paramedics are trained in these courses. The AMC Centre and College choose the candidates. In other words, all paramedical courses are solely open to serving members of the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. This course is not open to civilians.
To be admitted to AFMC and attend the three-year BPMT programme, if you are eligible you must have completed 12th grade with a 50 percent aggregate in biology, chemistry, and physics. For paramedical admission, you do not need to take the NEET exam. They may administer an entrance exam or conduct an interview.
